Ingredients:
- Bread slices (Of your choice, I made with homemade Wholewheat bread)
- 1 cup Purple cabbage thin sliced
- 2 - 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 onion finely chopped or sliced
- 2-3 Cheese slices ( Depending on how many slices you want to make)
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
- Butter (I used Amul herbs and garlic butter)
- Sauce (As per your choice, i used delmonte pizza sauce)
- For Topping - Take butter in a pan, add sliced garlic and onions and saute till golden brown. Now add the cabbage and saute well till the cabbage turns soft.
- Now take out the topping in a separate bowl.
- Cut bread slice in two. Now put sauce on one side of bread slice and put a half cheese slice on it and put your topping over it.
- Now put some butter on pan and place your bread on pan and cover it and let it toast till crispy from bottom and cheese also melts
