Ingredients

- 2 Cup Thick full cream Yogurt ( or Low-fat Yogurt for a Healthier version)
- 2-4 Teaspoon Sugar as per taste(Can use honey as a healthier substitute)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black/Rock Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Elaichi Powder for that super fragrance and flavor
- Ice cream (Of your choice, I have used Lychee Ice Cream)
- Roohafza or Rose Syrup
- Dry Fruits for Garnishing
