Summer Special - Tutti Fruity Custard to beat the heat

Tutti Fruity Custard recipe





Ingredients
.................... 
* 1 Ripe Mango
* 1/2 cup Tutti Fruity (save little for garnishing) 
* 1/2Apple 
* 1 big or 3 small bananas
* Any other fruits of your choice
* 100 Gms vanilla sponge cake slices (to make a cake base) 
* 3 Tbl spoon Vanilla/Mango/Pineapple/Strawberry Custard powder 
* 1 Litre milk 
* Few chopped dry fruits for Garnishing
* Optional Ice cream while serving

Note: Avoid using Citrus fruits if you planning to store it for next day. Use pineapple, Kiwi and citrus fruits only if consuming immediately and add these fruits separately. 



Process
................ 
* Cut the Fruits into small pieces and keep in a bowl and put in fridge
* Heat the milk medium heat and let it come to a boil 
* Take the custard powder in a small bowl and pour some warm milk into it and prepare a mixture 
* Pour the custard mixture slowly like a stream in the boiling milk while slowly stirring the milk
* Keep stirring the milk till it starts to thicken
* As soon as it come to a perfect thick pouring consistency turn off the heat and let it cool for 20 minutes at room temperature
* Take a Serving bowl place the cake slices at the bottom
* Put some cut fruits over the cake along with some Tutti Fruity
* Pour the custard over it slowly and then put it in the fridge to chill
* Once the custard is chilled and set put remaining fruits over it along with Tutti Fruity and dry fruits 
* Optionally you can serve it with ice cream
